Sharing food that is good for the mind, body, and soul. 

My love for food first began at our family get-togethers. There were so many Filipino dishes I loved and a few new ones I would try. The food was always delicious, but it was the people I was with that made the food even more enjoyable. 

I learned how to cook from my mom and dad. As I learned more about nutrition and how our body breaks down the food we eat, I wanted to learn how to make meals and desserts better so that I was operating at my prime. This blog shares my experience with food, basic nutrition facts, and recipes I found comfort in with a wholesome twist.
